- Use a **“Paragraph”** field to a **Form**
- **Type/paste** the **“Terms & Conditions”** into this field.
- Add a **“check box”** with an option **“I agree to these Terms”**, etc.
- Set the **“Filed Properties”** of this **“check box”** field as **“Required”** ensuring the user must agree before they submit entries as shown in the following screenshot.
